BrandresumesReviews of brandresumes.com

Brand Resume's system to help you refine your resume was helpful and seamless. I was able to do my feedback when it was convenient for me and had great 2-way communication with my writer, John. The questions asked helped John to take my resume to the next level turning my experience into action points. Thank you so much!

I worked with Anthony Z. He was very clear and precise. Also, he was so diligent in responding to my messages. Great work for an affordable price. Thanks!

Awful, just awful. Unprofessional, in every step. I was blown off for meetings, and they did not read all the questionnaires that I spent hours filling out. The first draft of my resume made 0 sense. I think a 5th grader would have done a better job. Or maybe even using the free version of Grammarly? They put information about being an operations manager when I've been in marketing for over 15 years. Many of the sentences made little sense. They didn't use the KPIs that I specifically spent a lot of time finding out because it would be a key selling point. When I asked for my money back I was told no. They scheduled a zoom call with another associate who didn't show up for our meeting. The second draft had to be completely rewritten. I could have just written it myself. I hired someone for the help - I wasted $300. Go to LinkedIn and hire a professional. Go through all the 5-star reviews and tell me many of them aren't fake. You can always tell when a company is faking reviews to increase its rating. This place is a scam. Run away, Run away.

I would say my overall experience with this group was satisfactory. But it was just that, satisfactory. I was really looking for some professional assistance in reformatting my resume, and after a preliminary video call with Brandon (who was very nice), I decided to give them a chance. Firstly, I'd like to point out that the pricing for the services BrandResumes offers are really overvalued and are not worth the cost. This is especially considering the finished product I received was something I could have easily done myself without shelling out $350 which by the way was through a discount and the package I purchased was normally just under $1,000. Fortunately my resume writer had been pretty responsive and was open to any revisions I requested. However, I found out that my writer had no prior experience in the field I work in which made me question the whole process. The final resume I received was nicely formatted, but again it was nothing that I personally couldn't have done myself and was overall not too impressive considering the hefty price tag. Plus, I was only in contact with my writer through text chat on their website and never once spoke 1:1 with them over phone or video. The entire process took about a month to complete and I had also received my cover letter and LinkedIn profile updates which again, were nothing special and were something I could have done myself. If you're someone who is just stepping into the workforce and is seeking entry level work, then perhaps these people can help. Otherwise, I'd recommend looking elsewhere or just doing research on Google and reformat your resume yourself.

I really needed help with my resume so I requested information from LinkedIn and Brandon resume was recommended. I reached out made an appointment. I was very impressed with how fast the service was. My rep (John) was AMAZING, communicated with me and follow up was always within the time frame he set. My 1st draft was my approval copy I was so impressed. Thank you so much for all the help and I will definitely pass my experience on and refer to you as well. Thank you

After posting a somewhat unflattering review earlier this month - Brand Resume's jumped at the chance to "make things right". I was assigned a new writer (Kim) who took the time to work with me via Zoom. This process was fast and thorough. I'm now pleased with the results - but still wondering where I'd be had I not complained in public?

I worked with John M. Total Turn around time was 19 days and this is because he took the time to go through my work, resume, descriptions and come up with ideas that work for me and my resume. I am pleased with my resume and cover letter. About to go out there and test

Brandresumes were responsive, professional and efficient when taking on my project. I am happy with the experience and with the final product. They told my story in a way that was much more focused than what I had and I am sure this will help me attain a position that will allow me to thrive.
