I hesitated to write this review as I typically don’t like to give companies a bad assessment. But I’m hoping this review will help someone. If you are just starting out in your career and need a resume crafted from scratch, maybe this would be an ideal service. However, if you are mid-level or executive level, DO NOT be suckered into purchasing one of these high level packages because they simply won’t deliver. PROs- Good service initially (because they are trying to earn your business); decent tips on resume suggestions and LinkedIn optimizations; Pretty responsive to questions regarding services (in the beginning) CONs- missed appointments/calls (that are set up between you and them); too many mishaps and excuses; no telephone conversations or communications to get to know you as a prospective client- which is problematic when it comes to sending relevant jobs; slow, and often no response to questions; and most of all they promise services that they simply cannot deliver! My feeling is that they are in over their heads and trying to sell a business model with no expertise. In conclusion, I’m not saying don’t select them, BUT if you want high quality and better value, please look elsewhere.

In my opinion, the service was not worth the money ($700). I (the customer) ended up doing much of the work myself. The1st draft was full of grammatical errors, repetitive and too wordy. The final draft was an average production. I probably could have gotten a better product by just sending my resume out to a group of friends to review and make changes according to their feedback. I would not recommend using Brandresume to develop executive or upper level resume's.

Expensive for what is actually provided.

Don’t feel that my resume was geared up for a transition for a career change. Writer was more focused on numbers and not focused on what I do. Don’t recommend anyone in healthcare field to get there resume done here as seems they are geared up for business employees as they are focused on quantity over quality. LinkdIn: my recommendation for LinkedIn are to place jobs I never held which makes no sense. So that an indication that they did not really review my case and the fact that I had to reconstruct my entire LinkedIn account for the amount I paid is absolutely ridiculous. Job bank: I was reached out by a few employers to become a stock person with Amazon warehouse. Not happy paying $799 totally not worth it.

The customer service was mediocre and the finished product was just okay. I actually think I could have did it better myself. Totally not worth it, keep doing your research.

The Site was very challenging to use every time the experience was also impersonal I didn’t get to talk through anything and I had to do a bit of work on my own which isn’t what I thought I paid for. Also. The team was not friendly I would have loved to feel supported and appreciated for giving my business. I wouldn’t use again

They took over a month to finish my order. While the work done was good, it should not have taken so long. They claimed to have system problems which is very possible. I had to reach out on multiple occasions for answers and actions needed to be taken.
