With all the back and forth, and questionnaires, I did not like how it felt like I kept repeating the same type of information and it made it harder to want to communicate with the person that was supposed to be helping me. With the draft I got, I had more questions than time to give them feedback. I wrote my own and can't get anyone to return my call to discuss how unhelpful the process has been.

I had great experience with John from Brandresumes. They really know how to hone in on your skills. I purchased the jumpstart package which is perfect for me and included an update on my linkedin profile, as well as suggestions for an array of changes for a more professional looking profile. Utilizing the portal to communicate with my writer was seamless and highly recommend brandresumes.

Thanks to John W. I was able to restructure my resume more professionally and helped improve my linked In profile. Overall got a great turn out with the package I moved forward with and now able to confidently speak with recruiters and apply for jobs with an advantage among-st the others.

Contacted their representative thru LinkedIn, seemed very professional. She reached out, sent me timely info and offered to begin the process. I signed up for the initial consultation and was ready to begin. They canceled the consult about 2 hours before the time with no explanation or follow up. Very unprofessional. At least I had not given them any money yet. Moved on to someone else.

It was a pleasant experience with my resume writer. Very communicative and helpful with crafting my documents. However, the feedback I received when I sent my resume out was not as pleasant. I think it would have been better to have more engagement i.e. phone or Zoom calls, with your resume writer and having them understand what you are looking for and how best to articulate that, beyond the survey they have you fill out, would probably work best. So overall this was a neutral experience.

It's been 4 months, but no job. Applications and covers have gone to many potential employees, but no job. The resume and other materials seem to be high quality but have not produced what the investment was made for. No offers and no job
