I was having trouble designing the shot glass for my son's 30th birthday. I decided to do the online chat for some help. Anthony Carlo Lee helped me today with the online chat help option. He took care of all of my concerns very quickly and efficiently and ALSO followed up. It is rare to deal with a company that has service reps who own the process. I have had too many experiences with having to walk through the same issues on an order with every call/inquiry. The Branders website was clear and easy when it worked but there were some instances that it did not. I found emailing the artwork to be the best and clearest option and response from the art dept is quick.
