I worked with Gerri Brooks and she was excellent. There were multiple changes in the artwork throughout the ordering process and she was very understanding and helpful. She was also very efficient with her responses and with updating the changes that were requested in a timely manner.

Gerri Brooks was great to work with on my order BR85560 for pencils. I was trying to meet a deadline and she went above and beyond to make sure I received my order in time. She was always timely in answering emails and was very thorough in her explanations. Thanks Gerri!
