We ordered beach balls to hand out at the lake for fourth of July weekend. After getting the beach balls we noticed the spelling was wrong on the print. I contacted customer service they told me that the artwork we sent was correct but they sent the proof back wrong and we shouldn't have approved it. The best they could do to make it right is give us a $25 credit on our next order on a $135 screw up. Feeling very unsatisfied with branders.com, their customer service, and will never look to them again for our company's giveaways. Order number was BR40798

Grezel was friendly and efficiecent and knew the product line. She got back to me with options and solved issues so that my finished product was a lot better than I imagined. I ordered some additional items right away after she sent my a sample. A really good buying experience!

Placed an order for Tote Bags for my Niece's wedding on 7-18, today I received a proof that was not clear on my end. I called the company and was lucky enough to speak to Yessenia Cisnero. She immediately sent me an email showing the proof and it was indeed just what I wanted. One big problem remained, the delivery date was pushed to 8-5-16. That date did not work for me. I told her the orig date was 7-28, and that is when I needed them. She called me back in a few minutes assuring me that they would meet the orig delivery date! I could not be happier with the service. Yessenia was polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. Branders should be happy to have her on their staff! Thanks Again

I have used Branders in the past and thought the price for the quality and service of their products was excellent. I placed a second order and had and issue, they completely satisfied the order to what I was originally expecting. Shanetta Black recently took over our account and she has been excellent. With our most recent order (BR84150) she was sensitive to working through the order process so we would have our product in time for our event.

Jody Acosta is my rep and I would much rather call her than place the order online. She is always able to give me details of what I am ordering and help me with recommendations when I am not quite sure. Calling Jody is like pressing the "EASY" button
