I was charged for a yearly subscription without previous notice. I opted out for a free trial and 7 days later they charged my card. They claim they have sent me a reminder, which I never received. They refused my request for a refund and I am furious! I will never recommend this website to anyone!!!

Please don't do business with this company. I have tried canceling the "auto renewal that I didn't authorize for 6 months." I completed the form, and it will not accept it because it is not working. There is no telephone number for support. Teri Lawrence I reported by email to Brainly at contact@brainly as they asked. I provided all of the information, but when I went to submit the request, the error message was, "We're sorry, we can't submit your request at this time." I reported to PayPal to cancel my payment and reported to my bank that the invoices were fraudulent. Notice the response indicates they have no phone contact. That is something I have never heard of from other businesses. There is more than one way to stop fraudsters. Teri Lawrence

Terrible site. Had an account on one of my other emails, paid for a subscription and when I went to cancle it didn't give me any helpful answers, it declined to cancel for another two months. Customer services is sh*t, and every time I tried to seek help, I was sent this "Unfortunately, we could not locate your email communication with this review using only your name. If you prefer, please share your email address here (by editing the review and adding your username on Brainly), or send us an email at contactbrainly.com with the subject line “[Trustpilot] Review” so we can follow up and understand exactly what happened." Poor excuse of a company. Sincerely hope everyone in customer services know what a sh*tty person they are, and that this company shuts down for being a complete sham!

Llevaba un tiempo sin entrar en mi cuenta, y cuando entro respondo a 2 preguntas y hago 1. A los 5 minutos me llegan notificaciones de que solveig había borrado 3 de mis respuestas porque eran copiadas. Cuando respondí esas preguntas no sabía que no se podía hacer eso, además ese sistema de aviso no estaba o por lo menos no me afectaba.Al principio pensé que solveig era un bot y no le respondía, pero me empezó a hablar muy borde y a reírse de mí, y yo solo le estaba intentando explicar la situación.Muy muy mala experiencia con Brainly, si todos sus moderadores son así, vaya fiasco. Después de reírse de mí un rato, expulsó mi cuenta, y ahora no puedo volver a entrar nunca más a Brainly, y me parece súper injusto. Respondo como 25 preguntas, hago 1 pregunta sobre matemáticas y me la borra por escribir en mayúsculas, le pregunto por qué y se ríe de mí. Me parece muy mal.Casi que exijo que se me devuelva mi cuenta o que me dejen crear otra nueva.Muy muy injusto me hallo muy disgustada y cabreada.

I tried the free period just to test their services. It was not even close to what I needed. I just want to better my skills and use a useful AI platform that can do this. Brainly wasn't it for me. The AI just gives me useless questions that aren't even logical. And after I unsubscribed and left they still charged me for a subscription because my account was still on their platform. I send an email to them but I think they will not even give back money when I read the reviews on here. This is an absolutely horrible platform and organization.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the worst company ever. There was an account setup under my PayPal account and charged a subscription fee. Which I was not aware of until I noticed my account was charged. I reached out to this company via email, SEVERAL times and explained that this was done fraudulently and asked that they refund the stolen money, which they REFUSED to do. They rather have stolen money than to help out someone who didn’t authorize this issue.

I didn't get a subscription on Brainly yet, and I never will! I am using it on mobile, and it doesn't work. When I try answering someone's question, the text cursor (where you type) keeps moving and it makes me type somewhere else on mobile. Cruel. Also, the answers from other people are incorrect. I'll bet Brainly will take down my answer to a question and replace it with the wrong one. Also, I hear they sometimes scam people by not allowing refunds.
