This site is trash. I can't even ask a question without logging in

I am a teacher in Beverly hills CA. I have been using this app for 2 weeks I am disappointed in this app, It always begs for your credit card info. Also, It gives you a lot of junk ads and wont let you log in. After two weeks (yesterday) I had enough of this so I brought the 1 year subscription I PAYED 24 DOLLARS All it did was log me in and said "Sign in unavailable at this moment" So this app is basically theft that stole my money I contacted my bank they had no contact number so it was pointless. So If you read this far DON'T use Brainly.com the answers are all done by kids whining about not getting the answer. So yeah this app is dodo

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY! I signed up for a trial and when I tried to cancel it, there was NO OPTION and they DO NOT REPLY to emails (I've sent 12). Oddly, now I can not even log into my account OR request a new password. They will just keep trying to take the money from your account (A couple of times a day) and, even though Google Pay, which I did not authorize. Think about it. Sign up for a trial. Can't cancel trial. Can't log into account. Can't get a response to emails. BUT THEY KEEP TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. CHECK OTHER REVIEWS TO SEE THE PATTERN...

I have used Brainly for several questions and the majority of them have been wrong. It's terrible thinking you are going to ace an assignment only to fail it because brainly provided incorrect answers. They must not ever have anyone checking to make sure answers are correct. Avoid this site. You can find better answers for free on Quizlet and other sources.

Very few questions I have are answered. Canceling my subscription is difficult based on Brainly's instructions and functionality of their website. Avoid Brainly!

I don't trust this website at all anymore. I signed up for a 7-day trial and cancelled my subscription before hand but, it still took money out of my account and I can't even contact anyone about it. It says I still can access my account but when I go into it I have to watch their ads.
