When I can cancel my subscription I requested a refund because I no longer want to associate myself with brainly. They said they cancel my account and they still charge my bank on January 6. I contact them about this and they refunded the money from my account. But today January 13, Brian let charge my account for the subscription fee that was already refunded on the 6 I contact the subscription and brainly team. This is really frustrating how they say they refund the money but later charge my account. They should get sued. I hope they fix it. Their customer service is awful

I chose one star because when i have like 20 answers it shows that you need to watch a video to get one more answer but when I use the video it doesn't work at all that's why I'm about to stop using brainly.com and brainly.in there both useless it doesn't help at all even my friends hate it!!

I have signed up for a whole year - BIG MISTAKE. Within a month's time, I realized that I get absolutely I nothing out of this sight. I have to answer questions to gain points????? Did I not paid already to get some answers?? And I did not even get the answers I wanted - you have to wait days for a maybe answer!! Now I see that they are just going to take the whole year's subscription and not refund me for the 10 months that I am definitely not going to use their site. And I thought that you get answers in a timely fashion from experts, not some other kid on this site.

I had requested to cancel my free trial when I signed up for Brainly. I was not able to log in to my account and when I tried to reset my password, I never an email to recover my password. I contacted your customer support and requested to cancel my subscription because I wasn't able to do it. I never received a reply from them and suddenly, $24 deducted from my account and I haven't even logged in once.

this app is so rough for small students. people just post about nonsense and rough things. i was shocked when i saw that. better not use this app. thank you!

It's pretty disgusting that they're demanding payment just for a few questions. The service has become polluted with questions like "If you answer this, then you get 50 points and brainliest." To the point where if you're not offering any points then your question won't get answered. I'm beginning to think that if someone were to have no points, then their question would not be answered at all. I used to use this website/ app when I was in junior high and now it's just become a major cash grab. It's like Google asking for payment for using their services. I understand that people need to get paid, that this website needs to stay up and get advertised, but it's just squeezing every penny out of people for absolutely no reason. We don't come here looking for a paywall or tollbridge, we come here looking for answers. It's asinine that the people who own the website think that students can give money they most likely don't have. Do better, Brainly. You were so good in the past. If I could rate 0 stars, I most definitely would.
