This website is HORRIBLE! I have been using it since 2020 and it started out well. Then it started to go downhill. I would ask for help constantly losing points and NO ONE WILL HELP. It would be 2 hours later after I asked 5 times before I get an adequate answer. Another thing is when I help people my answers get deleted for no reason. Today I logged on and all my answers were deleted by echo2155 for nothing. Please find another website to help you not brainly.

Literally horrible. Nobody actually tries to help and mods delete messages when people try to help because they get reported for not being first or “top answer”. I ask questions all the time and never get replies, nobody cares for helping others and the app is literally terrible. People answer pointlessly when they don’t know, just for the points. Remove them. Not the useful things.

They don't even deserve a star. This site is a joke, a scam. I subscribed to help my daughter with some homework. We asked a question and never received help. I sent a request for cancelation of the account and the full refund of the money. They never go back to me and they kept the money. I canceled the same day of the subscription, you have 15 days to claim a refund, I did it right away. Garbage site and garbage customer service. I would never recommend giving them your credit card, they will steal your money.

Brainly is actually sad. You have to pay to get better quality, saying you have to pay monthly to get a better education or get a better "experience". I saw an ad, which I had to watch to get the right answer, and it told me to pay to get answers faster and verified answers to a question. The problem with that is most kids don't want to ask their parents to pay monthly for answers that might not even be right, and parents don't want to pay for that when they need to buy more important things. Basically, Brainly is making us pay for the right answers to their questions when it should be for free. Free. Stop making people pay for things that shouldn't cost a thing but time and effort. Children don't have money to give to a company because they are kids. Websites or any company will do anything for money. Where does the money go to? Workers who "give the right answers"? If you need money just say that. My kid only has 15 choices to choose from then he has to go onto Brainly plus or he won't get any answers at all. He watched the ad and he didn't get the answer at the end which is sad. Not saying that Brainly is the only group or site that does this but its one of the more popular one's that say they help with the right answers. You'd think it'd be free, right, because the whole purpose of Brainly is helping but guess not. Step your game up.

My son was introduced to this website by a teacher. We just found out that students are not using it for homework. It is being abused and used as a social media outlet for kids to just talk about whatever they want to talk about. My son was talking to kids from another state... They were having conversations that had nothing to do with school! This concerned me as there is no safe guards or filters put in place to keep kids from accountable... This could lead to bullying, human trafficking, porn etc. This is a great idea for a program but needs to be censored, monitoring, guarded so students and parents can learn in safe environment.

I contacted customer support on Jan 14th, 2021, and requested to cancel my subscription because I wasn't able to log in to my account. I never received a reply from them or any link to reset my password, however I Still charged $24 for not even log in once. What the poor service. Today, January 18th, 2021, got the response from Brainly team, they mentioned that they could not find the account with the email address I provided, they assumed I signed up with different email account. This is weird, if my email didn’t go through, how come they charged $24 from my bank account. I feel that this is really a scam. Can anyone tell me what to do in order to cancel my subscription.
