Our Brainly Plus subscription gives students an ad-free experience and unlimited access to all questions on our site, as well as access to our Verified Answers, which Brainly's content experts have vetted. But, it's optional to purchase a subscription and access these features. The rest of the content and experience on Brainly, including questions, answers, and social features, continues to be free to access. However, there will be interruptions and restrictions as part of the Brainly Basic plans, and the format may change, in addition to the number of content you can view in a period of time. We created a subscription option in response to our community's requests. Their feedback on the importance of unlimited content and access to accurate and detailed answers on Brainly was essential. The cost reflects the value our subscribers receive from access to these answers. While we understand this may be frustrating, we hope this clarifies why we decided to create a subscription option on Brainly. The in-dispute status has been removed from the payment processor which has therefore allowed me to issue you the refund you requested.
