When the subscription is about to renew, we send two emails to inform our users that the payment will be processed automatically if the subscription is not canceled, and to remind them that we do not provide refunds. We went ahead and canceled the subscription on account saadehmars**. It means that the subscription will remain active until the end of the plan, but you will not be charged again. We offer a lifetime free Brainly Basic plan, as well as paid subscriptions so that our users can choose the option that best suits their needs. Whenever a subscription is about to renew, we remind them of our policies via email.  We understand that missing the cancellation window may feel frustrating, and we truly empathize with your situation. Our goal is to always communicate our cancellation policies clearly and transparently while trusting our users to review the information provided. We also do not raise prices once a subscription started, and if you had a 24$ subscription, this is the fee you were charged for. If you canceled BEFORE the renewal, you shouldn't be charged. It's optional to purchase a subscription and access these features. The rest of the content and experience on Brainly, including questions, answers, and social features, continues to be free to access. However, there will be interruptions and restrictions as part of the Brainly Basic plans, and the format may change, in addition to the number of content you can view in a period of time. We created a subscription option in response to our community's requests. Their feedback on the importance of unlimited content and access to accurate and detailed answers on Brainly was essential. The cost reflects the value our subscribers receive from access to these answers.
