Scammers for real signed up for free trial and bam was charged the whopping yearly fee!! Unbelievable and get this even after they have a limit on how many times you can use it before it makes you watch ads AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL!!! I want a refund for real didn’t sign up for this!!!

They scammed me, I was doing the 7 day trial subscription but got no warning that they would charge me and did not say it was in US dollars as I live in Oceania. It charged me double than what I thought and I have sent emails, a contact form and they still have not replied to me. It will be the 7 day time frame soon and I hope they're not doing this on purpose so that I do not get the refund. USERNAME: williewally77

take money from my card without permition

I was charged on May 3 of 2023 for an annual subscription. I emailed back as soon as I got the charge. It told me to wait 72 hours. After 48 hours I emailed a second time. It has now been 4 days and I have yet to be reached out to or get my refund. This is absolutely absurd as well the fact that multiple people are experiencing this issue.

I recently added alerts to bank account and received one for you guys for a withdrawal for 10.00!!! looked into by pass accounts and notice you have been withdrawing for my account for the last 9 months straight !! I had started a trial for one of my nieces that I canceled two days later that was in May of last year, I was charged 10.00 that month even though I had CANCELED !!!! and now thanks to the alert you guys charged my account again today !!! and I notice that you started withdrawing 10.00 a month form September until today !!! and I have been trying to stop this ALL DAY today, but can't find anywhere to request a refund !! PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

This is quite long so I recommend u go get a drink and food This site is number 1 money scam based on the poor poor reviews How many consecutive 1 star reviews will it take for this company to make changes and become more appealing to its users It’s everyday people complaining for the same issue about them taking money without any notice on when subscriptions ending I was very lucky and fortunate to get my refund of $96 back although it was a major hassle but ik many people will be unlucky It’s very unfair their payment system It makes no sense that you have to go through the hassle of physically emailing them to get it cancelled Unlike Amazon or Apple whereby you cancel the subscription within a specific time frame You still receive the full refund It makes no sense why there is no contact number or any live chat only an automated bot Services like these are highly not adviced I’ve read many reviews stating that their email was not answered or they were not that a resolution would happen and nothing ended up happening I honestly have so much sympathy for the individuals that experienced this If I could rate this 0 stars I would This is worse than tiktok hype house and that was rated 1.9/10 I will never be using this service and will look for alternatives because the hassle of getting support is too much They are money hungry and do not prioritise the customers rather only care about taking customers money

Got the 7 day trial and I canceled the plan before the renewal date but it still charged me 41$ CAD. I would like a refund and encourage others to never use this service. I emailed their customer support email on April 27th, and it said it will be "within 72 hours" but I still have not received a reply or a refund after 5 days.
