I couldn't function without it. I put it on in the morning before I dress. I take it off at night just before I get into bed. Without it, I'd be injuring and re-injuring my CMC joint constantly.

I was hesitant to order wrist braces, nothing seem to work when I do my push-ups from pain. So I tried yours and omg no pain at all when I wear this when I do push-ups. Thank you they really work

My thumb and wrist braces give me incredible relief from my arthritis pain. I ordered a second pair to use at our cabin. My thumbs are fully supported enough to minimize the pain associated with over extending them. I use copper support gloves under them to minimize any chafing from the plastic against my skin.
