Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a product that I later found out was out of stock, but was not aware of that until two unanswered emails. On the third I had to mention I would take it further than an email and finally got a reply. I paid for 3-6 day shopping and here I am two weeks later still without a product or refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about lifting or in need of a product in a certain time frame. They really have a lot to tighten up if they want to be a competitor in the industry.

I tried to cancel my order thirty seconds after purchase as I didn't get prompted to put in a code to get a discount. I sent in the request immediately. No feedback. Sent in another request the next day. No response. Finally got a response saying they were going to review my request. Next communication was that the order had shipped. Sent another email to tell them I didn't want there product at all now. Its now been a week and a half and not only has no one contacted me but the order hasn't even gotten here. Horrible customer service. I doubt you call it service because they would have to actually engage with the customers. Never shop there again

With paying for shipping and planning on my product being here on time or within the window that i paid for shipping, my product did not come for over 2 weeks. i tried contacting customer service multiple times and no one returned my emails for 4 days. The twitter account was better, but after all of that, i called the corporate office and tried to figure out what was going on. The guy was nice but they said that everything back ordered and had to be waited on. They said they work with a third party that didn't relay information to them so they could relay to the customers. You guys either need to figure out how to keep customers in the loop, get rid of that third party, or find a way to contact your customers and let them know about what is going on. This is unacceptable and personally wish i could get a refund. Unacceptable. Could only imagine how other people feel.

My protein powder arrived in the mail in just three days. The chocolate brownie flavor is my favorite! The powder mixes well, and is a good texture- not watery or too thick. I’ll definitelg be buying this product again!

I only received the free liquid aminos and it was delivered in an envelope with the contents of the liquid aminos all over the place, the plastic bottle sprung a leak, I had to throw in garbage. I am still waiting for my protein powered which never showed up and it’s been about 20 days. I’ve contacted BPI via the website so hopefully I’ll be receiving my vanilla protein powder, I really want to make Courtney Kings yummy Protein Ice Cream.

Its been almost a month and I haven’t receive my merchandise!!!

This company is essentially in a steep competition for being the worst, which is impressive for one of such size. They are happy to take your money, but fail to follow through with deliveries, or return contact requests via any modalities (facebook, email, website contact form, and Twitter have all now been exhausted, and ignored). Next up is contacting the credit card company regarding BPI's outright fraud. Avoid at all costs. Use anything else, even if it's just Amazon or Walmart or something. Just don't do it.
