Terrible service!! Package was late, contacted customer service multiple times and have never had a response back from them! To this day I still don’t have my package and they have taken my money. Will never shop here again.

Okay, I ordered 2 5 lb tubs of chocolate brownie protein along with a free thing of best aminos. The best aminos came right away but no protein and no reason why. I had to call to find out they ran out of stock. They explained what happened and when I would receive my protein. They were right on, I received it today (14 days after my order, that's my reason for deducting a star as well as not being notified why my protein was shipping initially). However, BPI was totally honest with me and my order came through finally.I will buy from BPI again because of their honesty. We have to understand mistakes happen.

Not thrilled with my last transaction....at all. Only received part of my order, with no explanation as to where the rest of it is. Emails to support - and I’ve sent three - have gone unanswered thus far. Amazing to me how anyone can have so little grasp on the concept of customer service.

I never received my order. I contacted BPI customer service via email and Twitter. I purchased 2 tubs of protein and BPI included this small water enhancer for free (I don't care for it). All I received was the water enhancer and my account says the order was shipped! I paid for my order and never even received it. I don't know what's going on, but now I want a refund. There's no way I'm purchasing again. BPI is ridiculous. Simple process - I pay for my order, BPI ships it. Apparently, that's not the case and I have to go through inconvenient methods for contact.

A computer glitch caused my order to get delayed. They say that they would overnight it. They didn't. Now they say the item is back ordered.

I made an ordered 2 weeks ago and still don't have it or a valid shipping notification. I was charged for the item and was told it was shipped a couple days after I made my order. The item was not shipped even though I got a shipping notification. I also had a typo in my address. I emailed support 4-5 times and it doesn't look like the typo was ever fixed. So when my item is shipped it will take an extra 3-4 days to get here.

I've tried for almost a week to get an answer from customer support. I received my order but the two biggest items were missing.
