Didn’t get 2 items from my order

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and my order went to “packing” status almost right away and it has not been shipped for 2 weeks. Multiple attempts to contact BPI (no phone # that i can find) via their online support have been of no help, and no response on when my order will ship.

Over two weeks later and till have not received my order but I got my free gift a few days after purchasing. I contacted customer service a week ago and still no reply from them either. I will never buy from there again

I ordered two five pound containers of whey protein. BPI only sent one and has yet to respond to my inquiry in reference to the rest of my shipment. I have been waiting three weeks for my item.

I will start on a positive note: I received half of my order 2 days after placing it. However, I ordered from BPI Sports 18 days ago and still have yet to receive one missing product. I have contacted support via their website, their facebook, and their promoters more than once and have received no response. Terrible customer service. I am unsure of what to do considering I feel they robbed me of my money and is now blowing me off and it is impossible to get in contact with someone. I am very unhappy. I want my product I paid for or I want my money back

I still have not recieved my protein after 2 1/2 weeks. Ive contacted customer service 3 times and still nothing has been done

I placed an order for two tubs of best protein on Jan. 31st, with this order I received a free bottle of best Aminos. The best aminos were shipped out immediately and received at my place on Feb. 2nd. The protein was listed as shipped on Feb.1st with an expected delivery time of 6 business days, which would've put them to arrive approximately last Friday the 9th. When they didn't arrive by Monday the 12th I looked up the tracking info and the only number listed fir tracking showed the best aminos being delivered on Feb. 2nd so I sent an email to BPI, on Monday evening(the 12th) asking for an updated tracking info and/or an E.T.A. on the delivery of my protein and then sent an additional email again on Thursday the 15th, It is now Saturday the 17th and I still have not received a reply to either of my emails nor have I received my protein. I love the BPI products and have been using them for awhile but I am very disappointed in the customer service.

BPI Sports is the only Supplement company I shop from, there products are always a great price!!!!
