HORRIFIC!!! RUN! NOW! SAVE YOURSELF!!! Absolute scam. Wasted 5 months of my time. Charged $4,500 for completely defective boxes. They’ve ruined my business launch. I can’t sell product without a box. They’re refusing a refund. Horrible people. Horrible product! RUN NOW!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we strongly disagree with the claims made in this review. BoxesGen worked with this customer through an extended custom packaging process, including communication, design guidance, production planning, and final approval before manufacturing. As with all custom packaging orders, we do not proceed to production until the customer reviews and approves the final packaging specifications. In this case, the packaging was approved by the customer prior to production, and the boxes were manufactured according to those approved details. Custom packaging is not an off-the-shelf product; it is produced specifically for each customer’s dimensions, design, material selection, and approved specifications. Once an order has been approved and manufactured as requested, it cannot simply be rejected upon arrival as though it were a standard retail item. We take product quality very seriously, and when there is a genuine manufacturing issue, we are always willing to review evidence, inspect the concern, and work toward a fair resolution. We also want to clarify that our team remained communicative throughout the process and made every reasonable effort to support this project. We understand how important packaging is to a product launch, and we never take that responsibility lightly. However, we cannot accept the characterization of BoxesGen as a “scam” or as acting in bad faith when the order was produced after customer approval and according to the approved packaging plan. BoxesGen has served many businesses with custom packaging solutions, and we are proud of our customer service, fair pricing, and commitment to quality. While we regret that this customer is dissatisfied, we stand by the work completed, the approval process followed, and the efforts made by our team to assist. We remain open to reviewing any documented production defect and addressing it appropriately, but we believe this review does not accurately reflect the full facts of the order or the level of service provided by BoxesGen.

BoxesGen (Steve Austin) helped me with a custom box with insert for packaging books. Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the long process of determining what would be best and most elegant for my project. I was slightly worried about the E-Flute corrugated board-- I would have perhaps liked something a little more robust, and it would be extremely helpful if BoxesGen had a material sample pack that they could send out in advance of ordering. So, just as a precaution, I decided to add two sheets of chipboard to my packing plan. Books have been sent out, and so far I have not heard of any damaged product, so I am very happy with the result. BoxesGen prices are very reasonable-- it would have cost just as much, or more, to compile a bunch of packing materials from, say, Uline-- and it would not have looked as elegant. I love the matte white coating on the box. Shipping was fast, and overall I am very happy with my decision to use BoxesGen. People have commented on the thoughtful and beautiful appearance of the book packaging, so the BoxesGen product is not only functional, but it adds the to the experience of receiving and unwrapping the book.

I own a bath & beauty business, so I use many various types of cosmetic boxes and shipping boxes. Michael and the team have created everything for me from cosmetic boxes for nail polishes, shower bottles, beard oil bottles, oils and more. They all turned out beautifully. Michael was very patient with me and explained which color inks would look best on different background shades. They worked with me and if I needed changes they were promptly done for my review. I just received my order for cosmetic boxes for my gel polish bottles. They did not disappoint, ink, font, gradient coloring, cut out, gloss finish, everything is perfect and represents my trademark logo beautifully. They arrived well packaged and production was quicker than I thought. I already know what my next order will be.

I had requested a very difficult box to be made to store a vintage Japenese toy from the 1970s. The only information I could get was a photo and dimensions from AI. The end result was something better than the original. A+. Would recommend in the future. Jim
