Our order was well above our expectations. Steve Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even with my low knowledge of how to upload certain file types, it got done with no problems and they were great at catching any issues. The process between placing the order and delivery was fast as well. Will definitely be using them again in the near future for restocks as well as other products.

BoxesGen (Steve Austin) helped me with a custom box with insert for packaging books. Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the long process of determining what would be best and most elegant for my project. I was slightly worried about the E-Flute corrugated board-- I would have perhaps liked something a little more robust, and it would be extremely helpful if BoxesGen had a material sample pack that they could send out in advance of ordering. So, just as a precaution, I decided to add two sheets of chipboard to my packing plan. Books have been sent out, and so far I have not heard of any damaged product, so I am very happy with the result. BoxesGen prices are very reasonable-- it would have cost just as much, or more, to compile a bunch of packing materials from, say, Uline-- and it would not have looked as elegant. I love the matte white coating on the box. Shipping was fast, and overall I am very happy with my decision to use BoxesGen. People have commented on the thoughtful and beautiful appearance of the book packaging, so the BoxesGen product is not only functional, but it adds the to the experience of receiving and unwrapping the book.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re delighted to hear that Steve was able to support you throughout the custom packaging process and help create an elegant solution for your books. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the E-Flute corrugated board and the suggestion for a material sample pack. That is very helpful, and we’ll certainly keep it in mind as we continue improving the customer experience. It’s wonderful to know that the packaging arrived quickly, protected your books well, and added to the overall unboxing experience. We’re so glad you’re happy with the matte white finish and the final result. Thank you again for choosing BoxesGen. We’d be happy to work with you on future packaging projects!
