Good and innovative bags, very nicely built. My only complain is during my last purchase, one of the item (in stock when ordered) that I have purchased (the key ring) was not shipped because....not in stock. Being located in Europe, the shipping costs reorder this key ring is nearly as much expensive as the key ring itself.

The Errant backpack is great! All the pockets are exactly where I need. It is comfortable, stylish, solid. The backpack can win a 5 stars rating! Unfortunately the "Aux Compartment" has, I think, a big issue: the coupling system between the backpack and the Aux Compartment is insufficient. Anytime, when I lay the backpack down on the floor, the hooks that hold the Aux hooked, are released. The bottom hook has a fragile buttonhole. Because that issues, I don't hook up anymore the Backpack and the Aux and, I put it inside the backpack... Finally, hook and unhook the Aux is a tedious operation... Why didn't you try a magnetic solution?

The back is perfect. I can’t complain about the quality. The only negativ point is the space, if you put in a MacBook and/or iPad the Space to store some cloths gets smaller and smaller.

Excellent backpack, but delivery is very bad. Been waiting about 2 month for sending my order. And got not mine at last)) But the backpack is really great)

My Boundary Supply Prima system is all I needed and the quality is top notch. It has all the functionalities you look for in each bag summed up in one package and is still not too heavy for trekking/biking/going to work. Totally happy after 1 year of use and no need for anything else really.

I got my products months after I placed the order had to Pay customs charges even though I have prepaid it at the time of checkout. Very Poor support , there were 54 emails back and forth to solve the issue I placed my order on 3rd of December and the order was finally closed on 3rd of June!

In my search for the most adapted backpack to my needs, I consider Boundary to be the best. For a daily use as well as week-ends ,it adapts. I purchased a few accessories as well to complete my kit and I'm extremely happy with those. Keep going !

Order arrived quickly and the quality of the products is fantastic. I use the hemp bag and packing cube on every overnight trip and they have made organizing my clothes much, much easier.
