Delays aren't communicated. Product is good, although not sure worth the wait.
I did a preorder with them on the Arclite Sling (Pre-COVID in 2019), and it was about 5 months late. I honestly wouldn't have minded if they would have just communicated the delays instead of me checking my shipping status to see that it kept getting pushed back. When the bag finally did arrive I must say it was exactly what I wanted. However, there are some parts that seem cheap especially given the cost of the bag. I like the bag for what it is, but unfortunately I will NEVER buy another thing from them. They need to figure out their supplier and materials situation. They also need to be transparent with their policies and cancelling orders. When I went to cancel my preorder, they told me they couldn't because my payment secures my bag onto the boat essentially. WHAT?!? No, that's not how preorders work. I understand you use that money to try and get some things moving, but in no way do you get to hold my money hostage because you guys couldn't fulfill the initial delivery agreement. Like I said, when I finally got the Arclite Sling, it is really cool. Not worth the wait I think and definitely not worth the headache of dealing with Boundary Supply. They need to being thinking about how to under promise and over deliver.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for the support on the Arclite and for the feedback! We are now limiting all pre orders to products that are in transit or currently in the warehouse to make sure we can over deliver on dates moving forward. If you need anything please let us know and we are happy to help. Thanks!
