I’ve been on a quest to find a perfect backpack for me. Errant is the perfect modular backpack. It allows me to customize my everyday load. I love it! I hope Arris system will be the same for my trips next year. Will definitely order as soon as it available, maybe even in preorder;)

Had a minor customs issue with shipping which was sorted quickly and very generously. I have now been happily using my errant pack for a few weeks and I love it. The quality of construction is great and it carries all I need and more very securely. There is a place for everything and the magnetic closures are very cool. Very happy and satisfied with not only the product but also the customer service. Will certainly be buying from them again.

Love my Arclite sling! The materials and quality are amazing! The blue slate color is the icing on the cake. However, can you tell me how to properly attach the Aux Compartment to it and how to remove the stabilizer strap? Thanks!

After watching countless reviews on Youtube about the Errant pack I decided to order it! The one thing I was concerned about was the magnetic clasps at the top which many people appeared to have issues with but I actually found it pretty easy to use and not that difficult at all! The Errant is built really well with great pockets and easy access areas, as well as really useful features. I didn't buy any of the modular components but find that my camera and drone cases fit really snugly in the main compartment. Shipping took a while, between 3-4 weeks to arrive in Australia, but I attribute that more COVID. It really was worth the wait though, great for use as a tech bag or everyday carry!

Made a small mistake in the shipping address. I contact customer service on the same day, before my order was shipped out. Took 4 days to get a reply saying there’s nothing they can do now, when the order is already on the way. Luckily, I was able to get my order due to the good service of FedEx.
