The product is amazing. It has been well described & did more. The convenience of having a companion that never leaves you stranded is very comforting.

Solid 3. I like the products, but I honestly thought the company was a scam when I funded the Chase Pants but they didn't (and still haven't) happened after what's seemed like years. I received a credit for the funds and selected a sling (the Arctic, I think). But honestly the whole Chase Pants fiasco turned me off Boundary Supply.

Thanks for the honest review and feedback Daoud, that campaign has turned us off from apparel as well!

Hi guys. Thanks for the beautiful bag. After an extensive research into bags, I found the website from Chase Reeves and watched approximately 10 hours of videos of different bags. In my list the Prima System from Boundary Supply came out with the highest points. I haven't used the bag yet because I bought it for myself for christmas. Ordering through the website was easy and I was surprised how quick the bag was delivered from the US to Germany. I am looking forward to more bags from Boundary Supply.

I'm very please with the quality of the backpack. It's much nicer in person than in the pictures. Service was pretty fast and accurate. Packaging was amazing.

I'm really sorry to rate Boundary so low and I want to say that I love all your products... big fan. But as much as I love everything I have form Boundary I have experienced a lot of problems to get my orders. Bad stocking, bad communication of backorders, the sms default support channel works bad (for me at least). I think that all this bad experience can be improved just by a more transparent communication and a better handling of the re-stocking.

Thanks for the review and honest feedback Roi! Having worked with you directly, I know we did our best to communicate any stocking issues we had, but it sounds like we have room to grow and improve. Thanks for your support of Boundary!
