I returned a cap to Boston Scally Co. and, to this day, they won’t send me the replacement or refund my money. Emails go completely unanswered, there is no phone number to call, and the company is essentially holding my money and my property hostage. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. A company that can’t honor a simple return and refuses all communication does not deserve your business. Save yourself the headache — do not order from Boston Scally Co.

I really like Boston Scally their products are great, and the caps are awesome. But if you’re ordering from Europe, be careful. The company uses extremely irresponsible delivery services that drop parcels anywhere with no care or signature. I already warned them about this before, but nothing has changed. It’s very disappointing to see such a good brand use such poor delivery companies. I paid for proper shipping, not to have my parcel left who-knows-where. Fantastic products, but terrible delivery service and that ruins the whole experience.

Ordered a collector addition hat and got some salad thing in the box. By the time they addressed the issue of course the collection addition hat was sold out. So pissed this is the second time they cannot put the right hat in the box. Done with this company!

I placed an order for two hats. When I received the order confirmation email I noticed that one of the hats I ordered was the wrong size. I emailed Boston Scully through their website and asked for them to make an adjustment to the correct size. I received an email back a few hours later saying once the order is placed they cannot make changes. I placed the order on Saturday and emailed them on the same day asking to change the order. Their response was that I should cancel the order and place a new order. This is very poor customer service. No publish phone number for the company. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a cap from them 6 days ago. Paid for 2 day shipping, and I still don't have my cap. I reached out to them and they told me there was nothing they could do. They couldn't even guarantee that they would reship the order I already paid for.

Misleading sizing info for a particular hat line on their website. The company refused to acknowledge this issue and charged a "restocking fee" which amounted to 25% of the hat price, for a return that they were the cause of. They usually have good hats, I expected them to be decent about this issue but they got their money and didn't care after that.

The caps was ok but their customer service will turn you bald or gray before your time. Nothing short of abuse dealing with them.

Non existent customer service. Hats are delivered in used condition and sizing is unreliable. Owner and company doesn't seem to care how customers are treated or what thier experience is with the company. Very dissapointing because there is allot of potential for this to be a good company.
