I ordered a hat based on their sizing chart . They measurements of the hat were off by quite a bit. They also accidentally sent out two hats instead of one. When I got the return started I drove to post office to print the label off only to find out they had canceled my return until i sent back the extra hat they sent me. I had a hard time understanding why they didn’t tell me they were canceling the return label. They acted like I had somehow tried to steal a hat from them . They stated only once the extra hat was returned could I start the exchange . It was just one ridiculous policy after another in trying to deal with them. Once I had to argue with them for days before they allowed me to send both hats back at the same time. Then they refunded 38 dollars after I spent 55.92 . I have no idea why . This company is garbage and honestly so were the hats they sent out . If I were you I would steer clear of this company . Terrible customer service , terrible return policy. Just all around grimy.

I bought 3 X-Small caps. Supposed to be 54-55 cm. -one measured 52 cm. and just sat on the top of my head. Another one had loose stitching down the front seam, an off-center seam, and an oversized panel. These styles of caps will look goofy if the sizing and fit are off. They will exchange for a different size and replace a damaged cap (but some have had difficulty with this). But, they don't include a return shipping label with the receipt- which is foolish since they have lots of exchanges. READ REVIEWS! The company has been around for ten years, so caps outside the sizing guidelines, or damaged, shouldn't be shipped out. Made in China, so that explains the quality problems. That being said, they have more styles and patterns than any other flat cap company I've found. If you can deal with haggling back and forth over multiple exchanges due to quality and sizing, you may end up with a decent cap. Good luck though. Promotion and marketing are the focus of this company- not quality and customer satisfaction.

Ridiculous return policy, my wife purchased for me as a Christmas gift. Original order was a medium/ large and was too small, next size up is extra large, too large. no refunds, only store credits. What’s a person to do when their hats don’t fit. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy from. Customer service is horrible.

Poor customer service and exchange policy! I ordered a hat on November 15 for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it was too large (even though we did measure and go off their sizing chart). I emailed Christmas evening asking to do an even exchange for a smaller size and received an automated sounding response stating that their holiday return policy began on November 24 (nine days after my purchase), and otherwise, they only allow 30 days to return/exchange. I replied that I only wanted to even exchange, this was a Christmas gift, most stores will extend their holiday/return policy and this is not good business. Once again, I received the exact same automated type message stating their return policy. I emailed again stating I need to speak with someone, not to keep getting the exact same message about their “return policy”and they responded with “Sorry, but we need to stick to our 30 day return policy, but we can hook you up with a coupon code for future use”! Now we are stuck with a hat that is too large for anyone we know and I would never purchase from them again so they can keep their coupon code!

Sorry for the length, but it’s well worth the 1.5min it takes to read; I got 2 new caps from BOSTON SCALLY for Christmas, I realized they were too big, I immediately emailed them with the information and asked to exchange for a smaller size, surprisingly I got an answer on Christmas Eve evening! However that would be the last sign of great customer service. The individual who was responding said I could not exchange them because they were bought on 11/8/22 and not within their Xmas purchasing period of 11/26-12/25. My mother has always been one to shop early. But because I have no control over when a gift is purchased, I now have two caps (currently in production / for sale) that I cannot wear. Like I said, I’m already (was) a customer but like my most recent email said, I’ll be happy to share my experience with the company, I am a first responder and veteran, which at least in my neck of the woods is a large customer base. Besides the horribly policy, the product has phenomenal quality. Great quality is often overshadowed by horrible service. Fingers crossed they make this right.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a hat that was blue on their website, but the hat they sent was grey. I sent them 2 pics, one of their website showing that the color was blue, and the grey hat I got, but they still said "they believe the hat they displayed on their website is grey. Not sure if they are color blind or what

Absolutely terrible return policy. Myself and my family have been customers for quite some time ordering multiple hats for the holidays, birthdays etc. I ordered a limited edition hat (early for my husband's birthday) that unfortunately came in the wrong size and there was no exception in a return, exchange or store credit for the item. Yes it was past the 30 days because it was ordered for someone's birthday and they opened it on their birthday! Again no exceptions like a 20% restocking fee, partial store credit etc. And it took me multiple attempts and 2 weeks for someone to contact me about the issue with the hat size. They have horrible customer service and do not value their customers. It's a shame as we really liked this company. We will be giving future business to another hat company.

Ordered a cap with a remark to adjust the size since it fell between their standard sizes, which is a service they offer. When the cap arrived, way too big and too loose to wear. Their customer service couldn't care either and offer no real solutions for purchases made outside the US. Bad quality coupled with a bad attitude towards customers.
