East and fast way to get estimated repair costs or most items. Details with pictures are a good way to show the specific repair needs. Organized report.

Our sellers moved out of the area several months ago and your inspection report was the only way they could verify the deficient items in the house. It made the negotiations extremely easy with your estimates for each item identified.

I'm an investor who was eager to find out more about their services and possibly work with them, So I scheduled a meeting with one of the sales reps, Lindsay - and she was a total no-show for our 30 minute consultation. If they're just starting off like this, it's definitely not a good fit. Not to mention, the customer service rep I spoke to beforehand seemed like a nice girl--but she wasn't very knowledgeable when I asked her but I thought were basic consumer questions. Disappointed in them, but oh well - not chasing anyone down to give them my business, too many others out there. Next!

I asked Bosscat for a quote to replace the water pressure valve between my house and the street. They sent an honest plumber to take a look. He said that there was no need to replace the valve; it was working properly. He spent about 30 minutes on the property and did no repairs. Bosscat sent me a bill for $600. I told them that I was willing to pay a service fee for the call but as there was no work done I wouldn't pay $600. Over the last several years, one of their employees would call me periodically to ask for payment and I would patiently explain that they had done no work for me but I would pay a service fee. These employees never addressed the issue. Yesterday I was notified that they had sent the $600 invoice to a collection agency. I wouldn't trust this company to do any work or make quotes. "but diagnosing a system accurately requires both professional expertise and the proper use of time and resources. Our service fee covers not just the visit, but the skill and detailed assessment performed to ensure the integrity of your plumbing" This is the reply from Bosscat. This detailed assessment they speak of consisted of the plumber spending ten minutes checking the pressure at an outside faucet and 20 minutes taking a faucet apart and putting it back together. No plumber would charge $600 to do that! I stand by my assessment of this outrageous attempt to coerce me to pay for services never rendered. Do not use this company!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After thoroughly reviewing your service visit and invoice, we want to assure you that the charges applied were based on the licensed professional services performed during the appointment. Our plumber conducted a full assessment of your system, including a pressure test to verify the condition of your water pressure valve and plumbing lines, along with removal of the debris from the faucets. We understand that it can be frustrating when the work involves evaluation rather than visible repairs, but diagnosing a system accurately requires both professional expertise and the proper use of time and resources. Our service fee covers not just the visit, but the skill and detailed assessment performed to ensure the integrity of your plumbing system. We regret any miscommunication that may have occurred throughout this process. We are always available to discuss the details further and welcome the opportunity to clarify any remaining questions you may have. Thank you again for your feedback — we value your experience and are committed to providing excellent service.

Jay my dedicated project coordinator and team (Field Manager Roger, Technicians Harold and Jeremy) were all outstanding! They were courteous and professional. They were all friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I had several issues that needed to be addressed. The work was completed over a few days and the project coordinator stayed in contact to explain what was happening and who would be coming next. It certainly made my repairs so much easier to manage. I highly recommend this team to alleviate your headache of finding individual contractors!
