Punchlist followed up on all the items raised in my inspection report and provided an excellent contractor to get the work done. Everyone was professional, timely, and I was happy with the results.

Arrived right away, very thorough, all questions answered and then some! Great job!

I must say- Bridget Matticola is an amazing sales person! I am back working with Punchlist because of her awesome customer service and her warm, friendly personality! Not to mention, she really knows her stuff!

After my home inspection, I was having a bit of anxiety trying to figure out how much everything was going to cost. Pillar to Post had an added feature for Punchlist!!! It was AWESOME!!! Punchlist let me know what each inspection item would cost!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Punchlist!!!!

Was great. Fast and efficient

Just a great experience, fast, detailed reports, great pictures and solutions available on my purchase.

The rapid response from PunchList after the completion of the home inspection was helpful during negotiations with the sellers. Having an independent estimate of costs that aligned with the home inspection report allowed for fair negotiations.

Punchlist provided a quick and thorough estimate on the items needed for my new home. Their estimate was so quick I was able to give it to my realtor and get most items fixed at the sellers cost. Very happy with Punchlist.
