Punchlist is an awesome tool! Because of Punchlist, I was confident negotiating on behalf of my Buyer the concerns from the home inspection and got her everything she asked for.

The Jared Fenn Team were great. Communication was excellent. They did a thorough job. They spent time answering all of our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. Our Report was ready promptly. The additional promised reports were also a timely follow up.

I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the estimate from PunchList USA so quickly! The prices were very reasonable and I appreciate this as a quick reference guide to be able to talk through an estimate of costs for repairs with my buyer. Interesting concept to be able to get this in one day!

I was incredibly impressed by my Punch List estimate which was pulled from my new home general inspection. They broke down each flagged item from my report and gave a line-by-line cost for each area so we are more empowered to make decisions on repairs by budget and priority with ease. For a first-time home buyer, the thoroughness of Punch List really gave me peace of mind.
