The estimate was great timing and thorough but there was a random $1000 plumbing added which I did not know where it came from. Everything else was good.

An insightful and helpful document!
When we received the PunchList report that supported our inspection, we were thrilled. It quickly followed our inspection report to be published, correlated the cost estimates to the inspection very easily and even provided the pictures to show us exactly what was being quoted. The graphical summary make it quick and easy to understand your total investment. An overall great report to use during the home buying process.

The estimate was clear and concise. It allowed me and my wife the ability to see what we could expect to pay to have things repaired as well as how much it would cost to have a professional come out to inspect each item for further damage. I would 100% highly recommend the services provided.
