BoostinfiniteReviews of boostinfinite.com

I was in a very VERY awful situation, and not only did Nick (agent ID: 5Q7) go so far above and beyond what I could have ever expected but he spent hours doing so, late at night, without even having to do everything he did to basically ensure my safety and security in the spot I was having. Never have I ever experienced such awesome service from anyone in the past and he deserves to be recognized for this. Incredible guy. You won't find a more quality person in every way than Nick. Anywhere. Ever.

Great deal, and great customer service. Phone came in 2 days and it works amazing . Had it about 5 days and all my calls are clear and smooth. Internet is fast and everything else is top notch. I'm in southern California and I get great reception. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews...haters I guess. Definitely call them when you are ready to activate your phone. It takes about 45 minutes or less . They are very thorough and helpful. They call your previous carrier and switch you over if you are keeping your old number. No complaints so far. Already recommended to my roommates as well. Great deal. I got the galaxy s24 ultra with the extra storage. Very nice phone.

I've had boost Infinite for a few months now. They use ATT towers where I live so coverage is great. Set up was easy. Porting my number over from a horrible horrible TMobile service was easy. I recommend boost infinite. Even got my wife to switch from cricket who she has had for years to boost and she's loving it. I read the bad reviews. People have to understand no one wants to pat someone on back for good job but they will not hesitate to throw out they have had a bad experience. So remember have to take everything with a grain of salt.

Amazing connection, dropped calls are a thing of the past for boost infinite. Excellent customer service and amazing deals, you can get the latest I-Phone or Samsung free each year!

Have had a flawless experience with my BYOD (Samsung Fold). I believe it's working on AT&T towers and so that's been helpful. Can't believe my bill went to $25 from paying Verizon $89 a month for nothing but phone service.

My experience with this company has been great so far first. I ordered the iPhone 15 plus and received it very quickly, switched numbers with no problems and got good service in my area(Central Florida) then I added a second line and ordered another iPhone 15 plus which also arrived very quickly and again switch numbers and activated it easily.

I found someone at boost infinite who knows how to get things done. Demetrius was customer service King. He made my process to return to my old carrier. Ported out my phone to my carrier. He tried to get me changed my mind. He knows the product he represents, looking for options. When you have an angry customer an extremely good sense of humor goes a long ways. He deserves a raise and be head of customer service. He know sales. Excellent customer service. Thanks Demetrius your Help. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Like others on here, I don't get the negative reviews. I LOVE this service. I pay 25.00/mo for unlimited talk/text/data....which service is cheaper than that? Also I'll say this.....I bought a new phone from BOOST (Samsung A23 5G for 198.00) and the transfer of my phone number and data from my previous phone was easy and seamless. Not sure what the negative reviewers are seeing that I surely don't! You can't beat this plan.
