This is the worst phone service I have ever had in over 35 years❗️❗️❗️without Wi-Fi. I have no service. I can’t use my phone anywhere outside. I pay $65 a month for the new phone upgrade every year and they always tell me I’m not eligible. It’s been 5 years paying off my iPhone 15 and they’re telling me I still have another year and a half to go. Don’t ever get the service. BUYER BEWARE this is the worst phone service you could ever ask for and they say there’s no contract LIES. I’ve been locked in and forced to pay for my iPhone 15 for the past five years and they’re telling me I still have another year to pay on it.(that’s 5yrs paying on a phone, Let’s not forget to mention they’re rude and incompetent customer service reps and it’s just not one agent. It’s every time I call they have the worst attitude. The worst service and the worst phones. DO NOT FALL FOR THE LIES THEY OFFER BUYER BEWARE

Switched from Verizon in 2023 to Boost Infinite and the network service has been a joke. I moved to another state and it’s gotten worse. I also traded a 15 pro max in but they stated it was damaged and charged me for the full price of the phone but kept the phone. When I called to have my phone returned to me if and I’ll return the trade in they refused. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They’re way more affordable phone companies out there other than boost infinite.

I made many attempts to cancel the service through emails, phone calls, website, and app over the past year+, probably 2 years by now. Never heard back. I had successfully disputed the monthly recurring charge with my credit card company (Citi, genius there couldn't figure out to just reject the charges already!!!!). News reports says ...per insiders..company is cooking the books, committing financial fraud...etc. (Boost Infinite, please sue me for defamation now.. why not??, must be true)

DO NOT USE BOOST OR BOOST INFINITE. It is a SCAM. I had to file a multiple claims on them. I disconnected my service they were still charging me so I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

I have had constant problems with "no sim card inserted" on all of the phones we've had. And without access to a sim card you can't get a verification text to login to your account. Went through the whole process to get new sims 2 times. But the last time I was on the phone for 30 minutes and still couldn't get a new sim. Finally called and cancelled. But found out the razr's I paid for outright are no good since I didn't have them on their plan for 12 months. Even though I bought them through them and paid 500 each.

Horrible. I paid for service overseas and 3 weeks in it stopped working . I called for assistance and they wouldn't help unless they could text a code to the phone that I lost text capability! I cancelled but they continued to charge for service I wasn't getting. On return to US I bought a new phone and wanted to change my number to that phone. They sent a new sims that wouldn't activate after spending 3 hours and talking to 4 reps .Each rep disconnected in the middle of the transaction and I had to start all over. The end result the disconnected my old phone couldn't connect my new one and said "sorry we are having a Glitch in our system" and the some of sims are not working. Now I have no phone!

It might be cheaper to have the service, but it's not worth it. If you ever have a problem or issue with the service or phone you are lucky to get help with alive agent within a hour or so. It took me 2 days to talk to someone one about the service, so I just cancelled it. Worst customer service ever!!!

Charged me for a whole month of service and AppleCare when I didn’t activate until the 13th. So I ended up paying for two months at once for only a month and a half of service. Resolutions manager told me that there is no way I could’ve known this was going to happen, told me if I wanted to continue my service I have to pay it and hung up on me.
