They are pretty crappy..... I live here in Las Vegas and I got suckered in but the "unlimited" service they were advertising but yet it's throttled days after 30gbs of use ... They say the average consumer uses 30 gb of data and that's a load of crap everyone uses at least 40-50 GBS because of all the memory apps take to download/ running in background/ file size/ constant updates🙄🙄🙄 once you get to 30 GBS it's terrible slow and quite honestly a rip off... If it weren't for the fact I desperately wanted another phone that was 5g I would have stayed with straight talk because they throttle after 50-60 GBS of data which is considerably better. I have the galaxy a25 5g and it's a great phone I get excellent service here in North Las Vegas but honestly sacrificing overall data for a cheaper plan isn't worth it there are just way better options IMO..🙄🙄👍 GO WITH OPPS 😬👍🤣🤣🤣🤣😅

If you depend on wifi calling do not use this service. I have a moto g stylus 5g that wifi calling worked 0n consumer cellular. Now after 2 hours on phone and chatting with unknowledgable techs they say it's the att sim card problem. Asked for T-Mobile card and they refuse.

Switch to Boost Infinite from T-MOBILE in February (7 1/2 months). A couple of small hiccups at first but nothing major. Worked well until a month ago when I started getting messages on my phone saying, "no sim card". A few hours to a day later everything worked fine. Fast forward to 10 days ago and the sim card didn't work at all. I contacted Boost Infinite via chat regarding this and explained to me rep that I needed a new sim card ASAP as I was having surgery in a few days and needed to have communications open. Told the card would arrive no later than the day before my surgery. Didn't happen. Luckily I was able to get the card to work for a couple hours the day before my surgery. The new card arrived while I was in the hospital. Too late. Old card continued to work off an on. Today I decided to change to the new card. It is totally dead! I spent hours on chat with Samsung with them running checks on my phone and then doing a total backup, deleting everything, resetting my phone to original settings, then reinstalling what I had saved to the cloud. No change! The new card is still deader than a door nail. The above took hours. During this time I also tried to access the Boost website for support. They have been down most of the day. If I did connect it would o ly last a couple minutes and go down again. I wanted to ask them to send me a new sim card. Now I think I am going to shop for a different provider. Oh, I was also going to have a friend change to them. Not any more. I am also going to write another review regarding the phones they accept. Bottom line: not many newer models.

I have had issues with Boost Infinite from day one. That is discounting the month or so right after I signed up in which you could not contact them at all. They have not been able to solve any of the problems I have experienced and make no effort to contact me. When I have time to waste on their very polite and totally ineffectual support staff I get no answers and 'a ticket has been put in'. I never hear anything back and nothing has ever been rectified. I am supposed to have roaming capabilities in Canada but my phone never worked at all. They want an address to check for coverage and don't seem to understand when you are traveling through a large city there should be some coverage. They apologize for not being able to tell where coverage is available. I would assume, since it is roaming, that it should be another carriers service that I would pick up. The techs do not seem to understand what roaming is or what is said to be available. Although it is nice to have a live person answer it would be even better if they had an inkling as to what Boost is supposed to provide. On another note, I was told by 3 different agents, before I actually signed up, that the sim card would choose the strongest of signals available of Tmobile, AT&T or Dish. Late on I am told that was not true (even though I called multiple times to verify the claim) but may happen in the future. One write up I found from the fall of 2021 made the same claim. Now I find write ups saying it is in the works. A lot of dishonesty or very poorly trained personnel. An update: They finally got roaming working the last few days of my trip. Still not 100% but better than nothing. No communication or updates from them. Also, from day 1 I still can't forward calls. Still not working. Another update: I have never gone over 18GB of data on any network on my worst time. Mostly I am around 6-8GB. I don't stream, game etc. Now they cut off my hotspot (over 5GB) and slowed down everything else saying I am over 30GB in less than a week into my month. The 1st agent I spoke with said 'Boost was having some issues with data amounts' but couldn't tell me what and couldn't help me No one seems inclined to investigate or try to help. The service is horrible and much worse than when I actually had 3g and everything worked fine and much faster.

I am in an area where att coverage is spotty. My speeds are almost nil except when I travel and am lucky enough to pass a tower. I keep getting promised that the service will be able to access tmobile and dish in the 1st quarter of 2023,so I'm hanging on until then. If they turn out to be lying,I'll be switching to a new provider-is a great concept, but the execution so far is lacking
