Can't rate them a 0. Worst experience. I got approved for service and phone financing. I paid with my card they take my money. Then an email saying they are cancelling my order. Then they don't want to refund my money. Got my money back. Stay away from this company. Bad business practices.

Company Website leads you into thinking you'll get a deal by switching to their Phone Service. You then find a Phone, hear about all the great deals then you get Approved of course. But when you go pay for it, you can't because apparently you have to have a Real Bank. Last I checked, it's 2024 and pretty much nobody has a Real Bank anymore, all of the Banks have merged and changed so many times and there's nothing to be done about it so unless you're using some Bank that they say is okay then you aren't actually really even approved for anything at all and wasted all of your time. Just save your time and effort, use a pay in 4 app or save your money, stick to your current phone service and do not go here.

Some false advertising. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee, and I returned the devices in about a week of initiating service due to service not being as expected in my area. I was told on the phone that they would contact me for my refund once they had the phone returned to them. I got charged for the first month of service while the phones were in transit back to them. I then called them a week after this to ask about my return and when I would be reimbursed, they said refunds take up to 10 days. Fast-forward 3 months and I still have not been reimbursed for the month of service. I have called more than 6 times and they "put in refund requests" each time which apparently just get denied because I am outside of the refund window, when I was told 2 times that refunds can take up to 10 days which pushed me outside of the 1 month money back guarantee. While they gave me some of the money back, they refuse to refund me the 130$ for the monthly service while I was only able to actually use the devices for 1 week, and they say they will refund you if unsatisfied. I am sick of calling in every 2 weeks wondering why I still have not received a refund, and going through the exact same thing and submit another refund request. I have now submitted at least 4. I am mainly disappointed in the lack of support and care for their customers. The 130$ is not going to make an impact to their company but makes a huge difference to my life. If you are going to make people wait 10 days for every refund request, you should at least take note of when it was submitted or discussed so the customer can get their money back. Them now saying that I am outside of my window for a refund is ridiculous because I have been trying to get one since January 2, 2024, which was about 1 week after receiving the phone from them.

I have had boost infinite for three months. I also have T-Mobile boost. Infinite does not even come close on their service compared to T-Mobile. I am not very satisfied at all. I thought this network was supposed to change between carriers to give you the best in whatever location you were at Wrong wrong

Thinking about signing up? Just don’t! The signal is very very shotty and they’re just straight up lying in their advertisements! They nearly ruined my career because I use my phone for work and a whole week went by that I couldn’t dial out or take calls at all so my boss actually got me a work phone with a different carrier. So now I’m paying $80 a month for an expensive paperweight for practically nothing and if I want to go to another carrier then I’m going to have to pay for the “free phone” they used to trap me into their “non-contract contract!” Avoid this company like the plague! Even Mint Mobile was better than this and they were only $15/month!

I have had a horrible three days I ordered a iPhone 15 didn’t like how small it was so when I activated the account I tried to order two more phones with adding two more lines and wasn’t able to add on lines was instructed to contact the bing and credit department email and was treated horribly. They told me that as a paying customer they couldn’t tell me why I was unable to add on lines only that there was an issue and that I am welcome to try again. The reps have no info on anything even though they are nice. This whole company is built on lies and false advertising I am 100% dissatisfied. Mind you this is only three days of having them that I couldn’t talk to someone and get my questions answered. I am canceling and sending phone back.

Terrible experience from jump. Constantly Out Of Service randomly and when I canceled the service with Boost Infinite, they waited edit: almost a full 30 days to unlock my cell phone for a new company, in spite of giving me a port code to transfer my service elsewhere. They will apologize that it is inconvenient and do nothing to avoid it or change it. BeWARE
