Terrible company to join. It’s been five days. I’m trying to get my number ported from the other carrier. called so many time wasted so much of my time. The only answer I’m getting that ticket have been created and it’s in the back office and that’s all the answer they can give me.

Went through online approval process for 3 iPhones, was approved and my card charged, phones were mailed to me and when they arrived in my city, boost infinite cancelled my order for unknown reason then requested for the phones to be sent back, i contacted support and one agent told me that they didn't know what was going on and transferred me to another agent, next agent stated that i didn't sign loan forms that i never received from anyone, contacted another agent and said it was due to my credit, everyone is clueless.... very sketchy, unprofessional and inconvenient. I contacted my bank....i wont allow this scammers to steal my money.

I was disconnected the first call and finally got a level 2 tech. Disconnected...after a 45 min wait. Tried to sign into the Boost Infinite app and it will not load. Went to live chat, said I had to call for tech support. Tried chat again...said 10-15 min wait then suddenly I went from 6th in line to 7th in line and gave up. I'm getting calls that don't come thru. I would give a Zero for this company but it wouldn't let me.

Every other 1 star review in here about boost infinite is very true the service is the most regrettable thing I’ve ever done in my life. Boost Infinite SUCKS And after having to call tech support 5 times in the first month and a half of having it I realized I am just stuck until the phone is paid off. Boost Mobile was 10000% better.

I left Boost Mobile for Boost Infinite. Biggest mistake I’ve made so far. They suck you in with the free phone deal. You have 30 days to change your mind. If you change your mind after 30 days, you have to pay for the phone. The games I play tell me I have no network connection. So now I can’t play them. There are no networks listed in the network section. This explains it all. None of this happened when I was with Boost Mobile. Thanks for making me feel like a fool Boost Infinite. PSA: Boost Infinite is not honoring the smart access feature for iPhone 15. Just a psa for customers who are interested into boost infinite because of their promotion of their "smart network". They are currently putting customers on an AT&T only sim. And refusing to move them onto the sim that allows the smart access. I'm now told they we are locked to Dish and the account is locked to Dish's network and any other phone that DOESN'T WORK WITH DISH means I can't use any other phone basically. They can't or won't find a way to move me to a TMO sim. Deal breaker. I have to have service when I move around for work. We have crap service on our area too. When this “ free phone deal is done, so then I’ll be done. Stay away from too good to be true deals such as this is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where to begin? First off, Boost Infinite owes me close to $600 in two seperate down payments for four new cell phones that never arrived. The first order made it to UPS, then somehow magically went missing. The package was never found. My down payment for that first package, as of now, was still never refunded. I thought maybe it would be a good idea to just re order the same package, hoping it was just an innocent shipping error. The second time around, Boost Infinite decides to cancel my shipment after I pay a SECOND down payment for the new re order. The funny part is, they wouldn't give me an answer as to why they decided to cancel it and said it was "confidential" Again, havent recieved my refund for the second down payment. Customer service is an unhelpful, unprofessional nightmare. No one has a clue what's going on with customer's orders. They constantly transfer you to other people in an attempt to avoid solving the issue on their own. Hopefully Boost Infinite is on the verge of a class action lawsuit for the misinformation of their product and theft of their customer's payments without providing product. Stay far, far away.

Tried to switch to Boost Infinite from Cricket. They approved me 3 times for service, but kept canceling my order the day my phone was supposed to ship out. The first 2 times I called a representative would help me re-process my order just for it to be canceled the next day. The third time I called they told me they could not process the order but wouldn't tell me why and said legally they couldn't tell me. Signed up with Verizon 15 minutes later with no issue and got my phone the next day.
