I think I can go with most peoples thought here with boost infinite Carriers to make sure everybody has the best service with boost infinite, but I have learned that it’s basically the worst I’ve ever had and I’m talking, including what I had a phone back in 96 when there was hardly any cell phone service or than that there’s no numbers listed anywhere to get a hold of anybody to talk to besides the customer service phone number give you any information to get a hold of anybody to make sure you try to get a problem taken care of that isn’t until you send the CEO an email. You will get a phone call back from somebody in the corporate area within a day happened That way for me anyways, but the person that called me irritated me enough. I hung up on him actually proceeded to tell me everything. Customer told me was all lies so I told him they pull a recorded phone conversations and figure out how to make it right with me and hung up on him. I think I got a 45 minute voicemail from him so listen to it or anything but anybody needs a phone number To get a hold of somebody besides customer service representatives that don’t know nothing I do have a phone number 28 corporate headquarters, boost infinity line anyways they claim if need be I will give it to anybody that needs it thank you wonderful people I hope this helps

I signed on with Boost Infinite in 2023, knowing the were a 3 carrier service and the fact that ATT is the only reliable carrier in this area. Now, with the morphing of Boost Infinite into Boost Mobile, they have become ma 1 carrier service - theirs! And, their claims of 99%+ coverage have proven to be untrue for me. My wife is still on ATT and side-by-side, she typically has 2 - 3 bars while I have either none or maybe 1. I will now have to pay off the phone I got by signing up with their service ~$800.00! It was through no fault of my own that I now own a phone on an unusable service but they have nothing to say about this bait and switch breach of contract. Buyer beware, and stay away from this company unless you're sure you'll be well covered by Dish Network's proprietary cellular network. I now experience constant phone call and streaming drops in areas I previously had solid coverage - through ATT's equipment/ towers, no doubt! All gone now. Deceitful - I should have known to never get involved with Dish Network anything!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Boost Infinite and their customer service. I recently called to cancel my North America add-on before the billing cycle started, expecting my request to be processed and avoid any charges. To my dismay, their system failed to process the cancellation, and now I'm being billed for a service I explicitly tried to cancel. When I reached out to customer service for help, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it because their system doesn’t allow for reversing charges, even though Boost Infinite’s records clearly show my cancellation request was made on time. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was told I would receive a call after the supervisor was done with lunch. It's been an unreasonable amount of time with no follow-up call from Boost Mobile. This lack of action and accountability is infuriating. It’s disappointing to see a company fail so miserably at customer service and issue resolution. Why should I have to pay for their system's mistake? This situation has left a very negative impression on me, and I would advise others to think twice before using Boost Infinite’s services.

Do not go to this company!! The worst Customer service, phones do noy work after a month and they wont cover it they make you call the manufacturer of the phone for a return. Bill is always outrageous and have to call to have it corrected. Worse company I've ever in my life dealt with. Had to pay shipping to send back the wrong phone they sent me. Who does that?

Lied to twice about why I didn't have internet and was told because I used all my data when I am on the unlimited plan. Told I have to port my number to another carrier if I want to change from AT&T network back to the T-Mobile network I was on before I switched from Boost Mobile to Boost Infinite in order to keep my number because now they are all the same company -BM. I can't just switch networks or go back to Boost Mobile prepay using my old t-mobile sim card.

Absolutely horrible do not waste your time nor money. When a problem occurs they do not want to troubleshoot the issue. Never ever again.

International plan is a scam…. Not reliable and too expensive. I was traveling in Europe and it said I had used the maximum amount of data and could not add anymore. So I was stuck without any data and since the phone was locked, could not even add a SIM card. I bought the phone outright so that I could use Airalo. And there is no way to speak to a live person…terrible company! Don’t even try them, no matter what a good deal that you think you are getting…
