Stay far faaaaaaar away from this company they lure you in with easy to get phones but outside of that everything is horrible including the insurance company they use.......I got an iphone 15 pro max from them and shortly after i lost it i made a claim with likewize their insurance company and they took me through the wire asking for things they knew was impossible to come up with in hopes they wouldnt have to replace my phone after almost 3 months i contacted the better business bureau and they finally replaced my phone and in the meantime boost was trying to charge me for service for the 3 months i didn't have my phone which didnt make sense so finally they bring the bill down to $130 i pay that to restore service they tell me it could take 2 hours and 2 hours later still no service i call back and they say they're gone make a ticket and it could take up to 48 hours now after 48 hours still no service you literally cant speak to anyone but a regular agent from Pakistan they tell me theyll create another ticket which doesnt make sense if the first ticket didnt do anything

This company bought my phone service from republic wireless a year ago. Since then I have had very little access to my "unlimited data" I have called and spent hours on the phone with them with no resolution. They also can not kick the issue up to a higher level. They just say "we know its a problem some customers have been having. Thats all we can do" They also can not put in my billing address which is a PO box. They changed it to send me a sim card...now they can not return it to my billing address. Sigh. I really need to do the work to get a new provider.

Had serice for less than 6 months Had problems constantly Up toward the end I had no service 9 times out of 10 They all had me doing the same thing Told me my sim card was bad They did a eSIM That didnt work Told me to turn the phone off and wait 10 minutes and turn it back on Told me that 15 times for 7 days They said they didn't have any reports of any problems in my area I said if service is good in my area maybe the phone is having problems I figured if im paying insurance every month maybe that was covered Guess not To make a long story short do yourself a favor and stay away fron these liars STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

Horrible Service & Phones

THIS COMPANY IS ABOSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WORSE SERVICE EVER AND I WILL CHANGE MY SERVICE AND FILING A COMPLAINT IM IN PARIS NO SERVICE UNLESS I HAVE WIFI SINCE I SWITCHED MY SERVICE FROM BOOST MOBILE TO BOOST INFINITE IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE MY CALLS DROP NO SERVICE AT ALL

This company should be called Garbage infinite!!! Absolutely the worst trash company I've ever experienced. Been with them less than a year. My wife's phone never had internet service. Then we get a notice saying they're sending new Sim cards to upgrade. Got the sims, tried to upgrade , on phone for 5 plus hours, same issue as before, no internet. One liar said she used all her data even though she's NEVER been able to get internet unless she used wifi. So if she wasn't at home or someplace with wifi, she just has zero internet These nut Jobs use Indian based support and I had to hang up twice and try again because the idio-ts on the support line couldn't speak English well enough to understand a single word they said. After 5 plus hours I had enough. They will lie constantly, and every time they transfer you to another tech, they just go through the exact same routine as if asking the same questions, and going through the same steps repeatedly is going to result in a different outcome. That's the definition of insanity. A bucket of snot is more intelligent than the scumbags at customer support. I'm sure they just laugh at everybody that calls. Don't buy a phone from this dirtbag company, and don't buy any plans from them, you'll regret it!!! This company doesn't even rate a one star, a minus 5 is what I'd rate them. I refused to try to upgrade our second line because it's just an exercise in futility, and aggravation. Now I'm looking for another company. Problem is, most all cell phone companies are just rotten to the core. Customers should be able to sue them into bankruptcy because this company has no business being able to operate in this country. Actually, I think this company is run by Indian scammer call centers that just steal from everyone, sick, disgusting trash people.

I recently became a member and purchased the wrong phone. I immediately called and sent everything back and it cost me $35 to return it to pay for the postage. I then get my refund and reorder the correct phone and at the time, it made me use a different email because of the earlier email. So I had to use my work email to initiate the service. I paid my first bill today and got the message back to my work email, so I remembered I needed to switch my email to my personal email. However, it would not let me. I then spent over 1 hour on the phone with an agent trying to get this changed and ultimately told by three different people it could not be changed to my personal email because it was entered elsewhere. Nothing they could do. What if I leave my job or can't access my work email. Does not matter to them. I then told them that I was going to cancel if they could not fix the email and they said ok and that I could cancel the service, but would owe the entire amount of the phone. THIS ISUNACCEPTABLE!! I left Cricket (who were amazing and never any problems) simply because of the free cell phone and I'm cursed because of this bad decision. The free phone is not WORTH IT!! I will be paying what I owe on this stupid phone so I can go back to a reliable cell phone company. I recommend you try out Cricket who are amazing. I DO NOT RECCOMEND BOOST INFINITE! I have been with them for maybe one month and I have had nothing but problems with them already. Please, go somewhere else. You will be very sorry as I am now for not listening to all the reviews I had read.

I got a new phone from boost and after four hours it said no SIM no service. it has now been TEN DAYS without a phone to call or text. I decided to terminate and you guessed it now over TWO DAYS just to port out. they cant even manage to port a number. worst system and service.on the business. if I ever get My line back I will call or text my entire contact list and warn them to stay away
