Order arrived promptly with easy to understand instructions. I'm just a little over a week in and have noticed positive changes. At first the taste was a bit yuck for me... but wait for it...now I can't wait to mix it up and drink it in the morning first thing. I'M CRAVING IT!!! That's something for a picky eater.
