The device needs good conenctivity to operate. The mobile coverage for the operator they chose is very limited in Scotland, so the device is unusable. Cannot arm the alarm and at times cannot disarm, so you may end up riding a bike with a siren going. It is not the odd chance, it happened a few times to me!

I bought from them over a year ago. They always made excuses by saying that the shipment was late. I've never received anything. They are scammers

Ordered beginning of Aug, site said "ships late Aug", in mid September emailed them and got reply it ships out on 18th of Sept., Well, it is mid October - and nothing. No more replies.

Scammers, Avoid! It has been over a month since I placed my order, but I still haven't received it. I have emailed them numerous times however haven't received a single reply. If you don't want to lose your money like me don't buy anything from them!
