BookvipReviews of bookvip.com

We just returned from our first vacation booked through BookVIP.com. We were a little nervous that there would be "strings attached," but there weren't. BookVIP gave us the honest truth about all of the details, great customer service when we had questions, and an INCREDIBLE vacation for a fraction of what it could have cost. Thank you, BookVIP!

Only minus was the sort of threats about not going to presentation. We agreed so that should of been enough. We were called texted and emailed about not showing up. Other than that, perfect vacation.

We absolutely loved our vacation! The best customer service and everything was perfect!

My husband,8 years old grandson, and I stayed at the Krystal the first week of April. We have a good time. The room was very spacious. The pool was great and the beaches were amazing. Played a lot of beach volleyball. Tony was a good entertainer. He would stop by and talk to all the guest. He found us and gave my grandson a good by present the morning we left. The food was good and always hot and available. My husband and grandson loved the hamburgers, I loved the fruit. We had a great vacation and cant wait to go back!

Had a minor issue while on vacation, but a supervisor named Robyn fixed it right away! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend, they know how to treat their customers!

Great site to use. quick easy and to the point. I will be using them again.

I was worried it was too good to be true, but we had a wonderful trip and everything was exactly as advertised. I'd use them again for sure.
