The requirement's are in Terms & Conditions listed at the bottom of each special offer web page which we go over with every customer before they are charged. Additionally, each resort has different requirements and we have promotional rates for married, cohab and single. Hi Lisa, All the BookVIP first time promotional are up to 80% off the retail rate which in many cases is savings from $1000- $1500. The resort's are subsdizing the cost of the room in exchange for meeting the resort's eligiblity requirments. Unfortunately, the Resort's set for eligbility requirement's for the promotional rates NOT BookVIP and they do not allow for Orlando anyone from Seminole county with the promotional rate.
