Updated review .... Great customer service.
My initial review was not a good one because I had poor customer service on my first communication. However after speaking with one of the owners through email and he unturned having one of his supervisors contact me I am one happy customer. I booked a great vacation for me and my son and I'll be sure to do a video review when we leave the resort. I would recomended using bookvip. However it is much easier to choose a resort from the site and then call to make your reservations.

Hello Trisha, Thank you for your feedback. All our of promotional packages are up to 70% off because the sponsoring resort is subsidizing the cost of the room in exchange for meeting their eligibility requirements which differ for every special hotel offer. BookVIP does not set the qualifications. However, we do list the Term & Conditions at the bottom of every hotel offer. Many of our resort's do indeed accept singles as well.
