This is a nice location, staff was friendly and post staff did well to resolve my issues.

I love the company. We had no hassle booking our trip and changing our dates. They were very nice. Unfortunately they changed our timeshare presentation location at the last minute and we had to drive back across town. The timeshare presentation itself was awful. I will never do that again regardless of what the discount is. They sent several people in to try to pressure us into buying the Westgate Lakes travel club. We repeatedly told them we were not interested. They continued to try to get some amount of money from us. They came all the way down to $75 & I refused. The final salesman turned red in the face and became very agitated and rude to us. This was my first ever high pressure sales presentation so I took it personally. My husband, on the other hand, it did not bother him one bit. If I could book through bookvip without having to do the sales presentation again, I definitely would.

place was nice and clean. the food was great. the shows were good.The spa is awesome. i would go back.

It was good. Everything went smoothly. The resort wasn't bad. Could have been cleaner. We did have to sit through a time share seminar which is off putting for lots of folks. But you do save money.

Would have been 5 star but no free wifi for all guest...That's just wrong on so many levels.....thank you...Mr.Collins

We booked our vacation to Sandos Finisterra in Cabo through bookvip.com. The deal was too good to be true but it all worked out in the end. Bookvip booked us to the wrong resort first, then when contacted corrected it. Not all dates were available but we were ok with later dates (just out of season). The whole deal with sitting through a timeshare presentation etc. was not exactly clear right away but was clear if you read the small print and listened to the person on the phone. The resort was not very happy that we booked through bookvip (they don't use marketing companies anymore) but they honored our stay and all that was promised. All in all it was a pleasant enough experience - as they say, you don't get something for nothing - was not like booking a trip through a travel agent but if you pay attention, ask questions, are flexible and expect the unexpected you end up having a great deal. Sandos Finisterra is a great place and for some would be a good idea to join their program - not for us at this point in our lives.
