The stay was everything they said it would be.....a truly fun vacation!

I am calling tomorrow to book our trip. I paid $99 almost a year ago and now we are ready to book. I know people who have used BookVip and were very satisfied. I decided to review now because I see so many complaints. The majority are because there is a misunderstanding about the terms of booking this type of vacation. You have to be of a certain age and a certain income. You need to live together and own a home together. The resort has these terms. They are giving you a nice vacation at a discount price and there is a presentation to attend. I can't wait until tomorrow to book ours! Yes it will cost more than the $99. Yes there are resort fees. Still a fabulous deal!

Book VIP is helpful and the initial process is easy. However, there are too many phone calls but if you have time to talk in the initial call the providers are great and helpful.

Very nice resort and great price. One of the best places we have stayed! However, we did have to listen to a time share presentation that took a long time, but even so it was a great deal.

Good service at a great price. The timeshare catch wasn't explained to us until our booking was made (not a big deal for us), but it would be nice to know up front. Some other details took some time to figure out, but again, nothing major. Solid experience!

Whenever we encountered any issue or questions everyone was very accommodating and worked to get answers or help very quickly

I had a very bad experience a few days ago but AJ contacted me and fixed the problem right away. Our original reservations are back on track. Very pleased with his professionalism and how he handled our problem. Only reason it's not a 5 star is because we haven't gone on our trip yet. I'll follow up with another review once we've completed our trip.
