We had a very good experience at Villa del Palmar. The views were breathtaking, the staff was super friendly, the accommodations were okay, the food was just delicious, all of it, and they were not shy with the tequila on the drinks. I am giving the experience a "3" is because there was no really much entertainment or activities in the pool area, this does not seem really like a "bring your kids" type of resort, the beach was not a safe place to be with the high surf and the deepness of it, and the nightly shows were not as entertaining, elaborated or appealing as some others we have seen at other destinations. But overall a place that we will definitively go back to, if even just for the views and the overall welcome we receive.

I booked 3 nights at west gate lakes Orlando 123$ great value but the 90 min presentation was 4 hours long high pressure sales they actually made me feel bad about saying no ! When I booked it clearly stated that I would receive a 100$ dining voucher! I recieved a coupon card only good at bad restaurants and you had to purchase something to get any discount ! Definite false advertising ! Then I did a video review about it which is not on there website! They clearly sensor all negative feedback ! They then sent me an email asking how much trip was I explained my displeasure and never got a response ! Great value for my stay just angry about customer service !
