All staff were courteous, helpful and very professional. Would book a trip with BooKVip again without hesitation.

Beautiful resort. Delicious food. Great town.

This is one of the best value vacations we've ever had. It was every bit as good as we had hoped. We are telling many of our friends that ithis is definitely worth doing.

I was a little skeptical when I booked this vacation,... I'll tell you that Bookvip was professional and helpful every time I contacted them. My Husband and I have traveled many places in the Islands, this Trip by far was one of the best! When we travel again, this will be the first company I call. Thank you Bookvip and Krystal Resort in Cancun, for a great vacation! The Graham's

Wonderful Vacation! I was a little nervous to book after reading all of the negative reviews. However, I must say we had a fabulous time. We knew ahead of time about the requirements...yes you must go to a timeshare presentation, be married or proof of cohabitation, valid credit card, etc. We loved the Sandos Playacar Resort. Staff was great. The resort was clean. BEAUTIFUL beach! The buffet was OK. We liked the ala carte restaurants...specifically the steak house and the brazilian rodizio. We would not hesitate to book again with Book VIP.
