Awesome payments are easy and quick

These guys are unresponsive and unreliable. I have a buyback from several months ago I was never paid for. They are listed as received and awaiting payment. I still haven't been paid. I have a coworker who has at least 5 orders not paid either. This company has absolutely zero customer support. They don't respond to emails or have chat support or anything.

Do not sell your books to this company. I sent two packages out to Booktocash in mid July. But were accepted, and I received emails saying they were being processed, but I was never paid. It has been several weeks. I tried following up through email multiple times. No response. I tried their website, which is just an AI bot that says they would "email me within 24 hours." No response. I tried to DM through instagram multiple times. No response. I work in education and will be advising my outgoing seniors to not sell their books through this company.

It was alright. Weird that I had to email them that I never got my payment weeks later in order to finally get my payment but once I sent the email, it got to me pretty fast so I'll give it that.

I would highly recommend this site! They gave a very fair price for a few textbooks I wanted to sell. I had initially thought my textbooks were lost in the mail because I hadn’t initially received payment and chalked it up to a loss but once I brought it to their attention they were quick to respond and send payment! Very satisfied with the outcome! Thank you and I will use again in the future!
