This company is VERY slow in processing buyback payments. I have to contact them nearly every time requesting payment after waiting a month.

They kept my excellent condition book, changed my payment to $0 without explanation, and ignored support emails. I have formally filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.

Lovely experience but there’s five more buyback orders that haven’t been paid yet, that are past due :)

Have had to contact them multiple times for payment over the years but they used to respond and correct the matter. For the last order (fortunately only ONE book), they claim to have "paid" promptly but to an incorrect PayPal e-mail address, not mine. THREE ATTEMPTS to contact them (over 8 days time) have not been replied to. (It's now been 3 weeks since the first attempt.)

I would prefer not to leave any stars. Sent 3 orders dating back to January 21,2026. All 3 orders tracking show delivered. I have used their AI chat several times with the same response which is "someone from customer service will email you within 24 hours" but no one has. I have also used the email at the bottom of their page. Emails sent on 8/3/2026 and again 8/24/ 2026 And no response to those either. I would not recommend this company if you are trying to actually get money for your book buyback.

This business is engaged in fraud. They will take your books, never issue payment, not respond to inquiries, etc.

Do not use this company. I have sent in my books. Received an acknowledgment that they have received it. Now crickets. I have written several times about my payment and I am still awaiting and answer. No where can I find a phone number.

BIG WARNING!! I'm so disappointed with BooktoCash. I sent 2 boxes of books in July. I got paid for the first shipment, which was of a lesser amount, after weeks of waiting. However, the second shipment reads "not received" under my account on the website. USPS tracking shows it WAS, indeed, delivered just a few days after shipping. 3 e-mails have gone unanswered. This is not the first time I've experienced difficulties getting paid, but the previous times I finally received an e-mail full of excuses and eventual payment. SO unprofessional! Wonder what their deal is.....
