Insight in timelines
As complete newby on the publishing field, it's difficult to understand timelines and processes, especially if the timeline and additional task/tools are not visible in Basecamp. This is different from my own experience as project/programme manager and gives uncertainty which could be prevented. Therefore insight in task sheduled, who'se working on it, deadlines/milestones and what I as project initiator/user can do more would be really helpful. Additionally it would be wise to upfront explain creditials on social media or platforms are needed. Especially because security concerns and compliance, when having users from outside the USA, can cause bottlenecks.
