Books Publishing CompanyReviews of bookspublishingcompany.com

From start to finish the Books Publishing Company have been fantastic. This is my first book and I was obviously clueless about the process. My project manager Antonio helped me every step of the way. Not just by email but also a number of phone calls. I can't thank them enough. Most certainly would recommend without hesitation.

Although I ultimately decided not to publish my book due to personal reasons, my experience with this company was exceptional. The team was kind, professional, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. They never pressured me and treated my decision with genuine respect and compassion. Because of the wonderful experience I had, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this company for my future publications. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive publishing team.

I had been in touch with Marshall about potentially turning my PhD thesis into a book through his publishing company, and from the start he was incredibly supportive, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to continue with the process. What really stood out to me was how understanding Marshall was. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, and he checked in occasionally in a very thoughtful and respectful way. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also genuinely kind and considerate in how they deal with people. I really appreciated his approach and would definitely reach out again in the future when the timing is right. Thank you, Marshall, for your patience and support.

My experience with BPC has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. They consistently abuse the customer with their lack of timely responses and follow-up. Their technical incompetence is shocking even when asked to do the simplest of tasks. They excelled in creating illustrations then I was dumped into a black hole and what they sent to Amazon was disgraceful and unprofessional. It was quite clear that no one proofread or cared about the project once the check clear. It has been a nightmare. Any author should really consider a different choice before choosing BPC. I am not sure who wrote all these high rated reviews, but they can't be true based on my experience.

The process was flowing and Will, my helper, made everything quite simple for me. He offered as many solutions and answers as possible and made the entire process easy and simplified anything that I was having difficulty with.

There is genuinely nothing negative I could mention about working with this company. It is coming up to a year working with them, and it has been nothing but swift and efficient. I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable talking to my team. Curt Adams has been the manager for my book project - and he has done an extraordinary job!! Thank you so much!!

so far just the initial contact but Will was great from the start

The customer service is amazing! Lots of conversations. They listen and adapt to your needs. I would highly recommend.
