Terrible communication. Tried to book with them, but they never sent confirmation of my booking. They showed up on the day I requested without any notice. We refused the service as it was completely unexpected, yet they still charged us full price. Still waiting on them to respond to my request for a refund, be it partial or otherwise.

Dear Christina, We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have experienced during your recent interaction with our service. It appears that there was a communication lapse, for which we extend our sincere apologies. On the day of your requested pick-up, our driver was on schedule to provide the service. However, we learned that you had also made a booking with another company, which understandably led to confusion. Although the decision was made to release our driver and not proceed with the service, we understand that this might not have been effectively communicated, for which we take full responsibility. Regarding booking confirmations, we understand that you expected an automated confirmation upon credit card charging. We apologize for any confusion caused by the absence of this confirmation. While we are unable to process a refund, we truly value your patronage and want to assure you that we are actively working to enhance our communication and service processes to avoid such scenarios in the future. In recognition of the inconvenience you have faced, we would like to extend our apologies by offering you a special discount on your next booking with us. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve, and we sincerely hope to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Bookinglane
